Sr. Business Analyst (Remote)

The Sr. Business Analyst will report to the Sr Product Manager in the Digital Product Management department. This role is responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing data, and developing data-driven solutions by collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate reputed company processes, uncover areas for improvement, and design effective solutions to optimize business operations; key duties include gathering requirements, conducting data analysis, creating reports, and presenting recommendations to drive strategic decision-making. This position provides expertise in the preparation, analysis, design, testing and implementation of product features, process designs and improvements using Agile methodologies. #LI-MG1 Requirements: Education & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in fintech or health verticals
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, reputed company, Economics, Data Sciences, Communication, or Mathematics, Computer Science or reputed company field.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred
