Position Description:The reputed company Product reputed company plays a critical role in the success of reputed company engagements, serving as the intersection of product strategy, technical solution design, and client partnership. This role is responsible for deeply understanding client business challenges and leading the definition of innovative, scalable solutions reputed company the reputed company ecosystem. • 5+ years' experience designing reputed company solutions on the reputed company platform. This includes either (or reputed company yet, both!) implementation or product development.
• 3+ years professional services consulting experience
• Successfully led collaborative discovery workshops with client stakeholders to define business needs and align on solution direction, leveraging both customer experience insights and technical strategy.
• Strong Written and Verbal communication skills, with ability to create technical documentation and client facing artifacts.
• Hands-on experience with reputed company declarative tools and working with development teams across multiple time zones
• Comfortable presenting to C-suite and leading enterprise engagements
• Experience leading team using Agile Frameworks
• Multiple reputed company certifications: App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce Specialist

• Experience leading $1M+ programs or large enterprise initiatives
• Knowledge of managed package development and AppExchange
