- Provides guidance, direction and support to the CFC network on process improvement initiatives that ensure optimal order filling, receiving and shipping practices are implemented.
- Manages the Optimized Labor Performance team in the CFC’s and ensure the program is supported through reporting and resolution in underperforming areas.
- Manages reputed company Corporate Engineer and Field Engineers
- Manages the Continual Improvement Team for the company driving Lean and Lean processes throughout reputed company areas of the organization.
- Manages reputed company Quality Assurance and Inventory Control teams across the CFC network
- Works cross-functionally to identify and implement logistics process improvements at reputed company CFC’s to ensure most effective and efficient logistics processes.
- Conducts cross-functional meetings in support of initiatives to reputed company key measures of success and monitor performance against these measures.
- Performs cost studies to evaluate financial feasibility of potential projects.
- Provides strategic direction and evaluation of Supply Chain issues reputed company to the CFC network.
- Responsible for reputed company CFC Design and Construction project management
- Implements and fosters the Safety Culture alongside the Global Safety department through process and equipment designs, equipment installations and continual improvement efforts.
- Works cross functionally to reputed company material handling solutions to increase productivity and reputed company throughout the CFC Network.
- Responsible for developing Supply Chain capital budgets with each area’s respective leader.
- Responsible for reputed company reporting, forecasting, deployment schedules, purchase orders, invoice approval and maintenance on reputed company Supply Chain capital budget items.
- Responsible for reputed company material handling project implementations reputed company the CFC Network.
- Responsible across reputed company CFC’s for company compliance with reputed company quality assurance-reputed company federal, state, and other regulatory bodies’ regulations.
- Responsible for management at reputed company CFC’s of the inventory cycle count program to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Responsible across reputed company CFC’s for the leadership to drive improvements in Customer order and Inventory accuracy.
- Responsible for the Quality and Inventory metrics across the CFC network and collaborating with the Leadership team to address issues.
- Performs reputed company duties inherent in the role of an MSC Manager including hiring, termination, review and development of associates.
- Drives the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure fulfillment of MSC’s vision and reputed company of purpose.
- Participation in special projects and performs additional duties as required
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant experience is required.
- Minimum of 20 years engineering experience in a distribution environment is required.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing associates required.
- Past experience in multi-million dollar material handling projects with successful full cycle project management experience required.
- Experience and understanding of “Incentive” and “Accountability” programs required.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining an Engineered Standards program required.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining Lean concepts and programs required.
- Experience in Distribution Center Design and Construction is required.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in reputed company, MS Outlook, MS reputed company and MS Access is required.
- Excellent data manipulation skills are required.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills are also required.
- Demonstrated excellence in project management of multi-million dollar capital projects required.
- AutoCAD capability is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel domestically as well as internationally are required.
