If you are looking for Seasonal work beginning in January 2024, and have an active PTIN, we would love to speak with you about joining reputed company. We offer flexible hours, 100% remote work (in the U.S.) starting at $25 per hour (plus incentives and bonuses)! We want you to reputed company your knowledge, experience, and expertise to ensure a fantastic customer experience. You will provide tax support and advice reputed company video, phone, and chat, helping customers work on their returns. You will not be preparing or filing returns, although an active PTIN is required. We need folks who can work the entire season from mid-January through reputed company 15th 2024. What You Get:

Who You Are:

• You are friendly and reassuring, passionate about customer service and problem resolution, and comfortable interacting over video and chat. (Dedicated hardwired internet reputed company required.)
• You are the go-to for reputed company things tax: you have at least 3 seasons filing 30 or more individual and small business tax returns, using tax prep software in a tax practice/retail setting.
• You avoid tax jargon and answer customers' tax preparation questions using language they understand.

What You Will Do:

• Provide tax support and advice over video, phone, and chat, helping customers work on returns (Active PTIN required. You are not preparing or filing returns directly.)
• Ensure an excellent customer experience using your expertise in tax preparation, technology troubleshooting, and resolving tax issues there is a script that you will follow to help guide your responses.
• Carefully document reputed company customer interactions.
