The Role: We are looking to expand our medication management team with remote pharmacy technicians who share Cureatr’s passion for getting patient medication regimens right, driving reputed company clinical and financial outcomes. Who You Are: You are a patient focused certified/registered pharmacy technician who is interested in joining a rapidly growing high tech reputed company company. Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound patient calls and inquiries
• Conduct patient interviews and create accurate, comprehensive medication lists
• Coordinate clinical service visits between pharmacists and patients
• Ensure call resolution by discussing purpose of call, effectively address reputed company concerns, and escalate calls as necessary according to protocol
• Manage challenging patient situations: respond promptly to patient needs and service requests

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience as a pharmacy technician/medical assistant
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Schedule: This is a remote, work from home position. Candidates must be available to work between the hours of Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 10:00pm EST, and Saturday 8:30am - 8:00pm EST on Saturday. Flexible scheduling available. Salary: $18 - $22 per hour ($300 sign on bonus if you hold a valid Pharmacy Technician certification in Florida or Arizona).
