This is a remote, technical management position with an Agile Scrum team that will require a broad scope of skills and knowledge of DoD systems. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Good organizational skills and knowledge of the latest best practices and technologies are a must. This position requires interaction with customer representatives posing high emphasis on communication skills. Manages reputed company aspects of a diverse IT project or multiple IT projects, typically involving multiple disciplines in the IT function. Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met. Employ scrum master techniques in Agile development practices. Supervises the daily activities of business support, technicians and/or production teams. Basic Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development. At least 2 years of experience as a Technical reputed company or Scrum Master. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly Scrum and SAFe. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), iterative development, and release management processes. Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively coach and mentor team members. Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and facilitate effective team discussions. Strong technical background with expertise in modern software development technologies and practices. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a reputed company field. Scrum Master certification (CSM), SAFe or reputed company Agile certification. Working knowledge of military health systems, along with the positive track record in the DHA customer space. reputed company Clearance Requirement: US Citizenship. Must have an active Public Trust clearance. Hired candidate will be processed for a Secret clearance. The projected compensation range for this position is $82,400-$137,000.
