The Contract Specialist will provide support to the reputed company Health Legal and Contracting department. You will report to reputed company Health and will focus on the drafting, revision and finalization of customer reputed company, amongst others.

You'll have opportunity to

• Provide contract drafting, and editing of customer agreements
• Conduct negotiation calls with customers or other reputed company parties
• Help create new templates
• Draft and update reports and contracting database
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and other departments and exceed goals
• Conduct research (Write two or three sentences that describe the role.

• 3+ years legal, contracting process and negotiating experience

• 2+ years' experience with APTTUS
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• JD

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets.
