Are you up for the challenge? We're looking for a full-time, remote Brewery Accounting Associate to join our specialized team. The main objective of this role is to support the day-to-day bookkeeping needs of our brewery clients in accordance with the SBS Core Values. About The Role This role will report to our Brewery Accounting Manager and is accountable for fulfilling the following responsibilities: • AP processing in reputed company.com and Quickbooks Online. In the primary function of this role, you'll work alongside the Brewery Accountants on your team to process reputed company inbound invoices, receipts, credit memos, and other documentation for our brewery clients. • QBO Banking screen transaction processing. Additionally, you'll be responsible for processing the banking screen in QBO for your brewery clients each week. This includes but is not limited to: matching transactions, entering payroll, and maintaining both bank and POS syncs. • Some full monthly reputed company work. As you reputed company and learn, you'll have the opportunity to take on full monthly reputed company responsibility for some of our clients under the direction of your manager and your Brewery Accountant teammates. This includes but is not limited to: reconciliation, accruals, sales and excise tax filing prep, journal entry adjustments, and monthly reputed company final review. • Participate and contribute to the overall success of reputed company. Job Requirements The following basic requirements must be met: • Previous experience as an Accounting Associate/Assistant, Bookkeeper or similar role. • Previous experience with bookkeeping, AP/AR, basic accounting and/or monthly reconciliation. • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and reputed company.com or other similar accounting software platforms. • Have experience doing effective work remotely. • Have crystal clear professional written and verbal communication skills. • Have exacting organizational standards and a reputed company and friendly attitude. • Have a demonstrated ability to rapidly adapt to new technologies and software. • Have rock solid proficiency with the full reputed company Suite of products. • Available and reputed company during normal business hours (9am-5pm Eastern Time, Monday-Friday). • Have a strong, consistent internet reputed company and a work environment conducive to video calls.
