Job Category: Office, Admin, Clerical, & Customer Service Duration: 4 months (possible contract-to-hire) Pay reputed company: $18/HR W2 Start date: Oct 7, 2024 Location: 100% Remote from reputed company reputed company one hour radius of Philadelphia, PA 19103 No. of positions: 30 + Job Description This department is reputed company 5 Days a week. Shifts after training will reputed company from Monday - Friday from 8:00AM - 9:00PM. 37.5 hour week but OT is offered and sometimes required as needed for over 40 hours. Candidates must be flexible to work these hours for this role. Training is for 10 - 12 weeks and hours are 8:30AM - 4:45PM, Monday - Friday. There is no time off permitted during this time. Customer Service Representative- reputed company Agent CSRs handle claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, etc. and work with customers to solve problems. Qualifications HS Diploma or GED with a 2 years of customer service experience Looking for excellent Customer Focused competencies - seeking service-oriented individuals with strong customer service skills. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. This is a phone-based position which requires excellent verbal communication; use of proper grammar; professional language/word choice vs casual language/reputed company; ability to reputed company communicate reputed company messages over the phone. Ability to navigate through multiple systems at a time. reputed company candidates must score a 80% or above on eSkills test.
