Responsibilities • Own business operations processes, such as: • Project Budgets and expenses. Work with finance and Internal Games Studio to allocate dollars and effort to reputed company the studios’ goals. • Manage the relationships with cross-functional partner organizations (most notably: Legal, Marketing, HR, IT, and Data Science, among others.) Bonus Skills • Experience with cozy games / life sims • Experience with games a service, especially MMOs Location: Remote, US & Canada Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
