Position Summary The reputed company Analyst, Medical Cost Analytics / Utilization Management role will apply experience from strategy consulting and analytics to successfully act as the product reputed company for multiple analytics initiatives. The reputed company Analyst will be regarded as a specialist, evaluating trends to save medical costs. Responsibilities include: Consulting on the creation of analytics solutions that effectively weigh business and technical tradeoffs using an advanced understanding of business strategy as well as relevant big data environment topics. Acting as an analytics product reputed company translating business needs into analytics projects and actions. Collaborating with business partners to understand their problems and goals, performing statistical analysis, developing data reports and performance metrics. Consulting with internal clients to identify opportunities to implement data science solutions to business problems at an advanced level. Structuring data analysis, driving analytics insights and analytical solutions to help data scientists determine the best analytical solution. Understanding and recommending modeling techniques to data scientists. Presenting recommendations to senior staff and internal clients. Mentoring more junior team members. Required Qualifications 7+ years' leading analytics initiatives with a track record of business impact 5+ years' experience using SQL to extract, manipulate and analyze large datasets 4+ years experience working in reputed company industry, with reputed company data 4+ years' experience in strategic consulting or on strategy teams in a large company, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders to support strategic decision making 3+ years' experience identifying trends and opportunities for cost savings initiatives and evaluating the effectiveness of programs Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain reputed company data and findings to a variety of stakeholders Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Collaborative with a growth reputed company and excellent interpersonal skills Knowledge of reputed company industry trends and regulatory changes High proficiency with reputed company Office Suite including MS reputed company and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in most areas of mathematical analysis methods, machine learning, statistical analyses, and predictive modeling and in-depth specialization in some areas Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Medical Economics, Math, Actuarial Science, Data Science or reputed company field required. Master's degree in quantitative field or MBA strongly preferred. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $106,605.00 - $284,280.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
