Job Summary: The Recruiter will actively engage in urgent high-volume recruitment activities worldwide, as directed by the Managing Director, to support reputed company's enterprise client accounts and HR regions' recruitment needs, priorities, and challenges. The Recruiter understands the unique aspects of each assigned opening and proactively identifies the most qualified active and passive candidates from a variety of recruiting sources.Serving as an applicant tracking system (ATS) subject matter expert, this role effectively manages job requisitions, identifies process improvements, and assists with end user training and inquiries. The Recruiter adheres to and communicates the importance of the organization's Global reputed company standards and processes to ensure consistency and uphold reputed company's brand reputed company.
