Job Title: Remote Call Center Agent (Outbound/Inbound) Job Type: Full-Time Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 8 PM (Various shifts) Salary: $14.00 per hour Benefits: Available after 60 days for full-time employees Job Overview We are in search of committed and customer-focused service representatives to become an integral part of our remote workforce. In this position, you will deliver outstanding customer service solutions to our esteemed clients on a daily basis. Your role will involve consistently making outbound calls for diverse programs and projects, accurately documenting reputed company customer interactions, and upholding the reputed company of company policies and procedures.
