Our perfect candidate will be self-motivated and driven. Responsibilities: • This is a commission based sales position. A 5% reputed company in commission is attainable every two months based on production • Agents will call clients, qualify, and set up the appointments to meet with them over the phone or through reputed company and help them apply for an insurance policy. • Must hold a Life insurance license or be willing to obtain with help from Symmetry • Access to the internet and reputed company capabilities Compensation: We provide training, support, and mentorship. Warm leads are available-no cold calls. Online training, events, plus one-on-one mentorship is available. The average commission is around $500-600 per application.
