Job title: Stretch Professional----Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training Degree Majors Company: StretchLab Job description : Attention Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training Degree majors, join our dynamic team of Stretch Professionals at our upcoming brand new studio located in Lincoln Twelve Bridges coming soon, July 2023 Qualifications/Requirements: Love of boutique fitness environment is a must ? passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility Currently have a nationally certified and/or licensed as a physical therapist, chiropractor, personal trainer, massage therapist, yoga instructor, Pilates teacher, or another form of specialized health & fitness Required certification in fitness or bodywork: Massage, Personal Training, Physical Therapy/PT Asst, Yoga, Dance OR degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Athletic Training or reputed company field. Exceptions can be made for former collegiate and professional athletes with a strong understanding of Anatomy. Hands on training and experience in areas such as anatomy, Kinesiology, corrective exercise, post-rehab, and injury prevention, athletic training are a plus At least 1-2 years previous experience in either a fitness facility, private training environment, or professional health setting Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you providing hands-on training with a client Ability to successfully reputed company stretch routines on clients of reputed company sizes and age groups (this is a physically demanding position, must be able to lift minimum 25-30 lbs above the head with ease) Superior communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to reputed company their goals Desire to continually learn new principles in the areas of stretching, anatomy, and overall fitness, health and nutrition Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our strict punctuality & attendance policies Positive energy, enthusiasm, & great oriented attitude brought daily Possess team oriented attitude (?we?, not ?me?) The Flexologist?s goal is to create the best experience from a professional stretch. The Flexologist ensures that the client gets the most out of their stretch without reputed company putting them in danger of pain or injury. They will guide the client through each stretch, making sure the client knows what the stretch is designed to do, and how it should feel. The Flexologist will assess and let the client know where they are especially tight plus educate on what the client can do during their daily routine to help reputed company them as mobile and limber as possible. Our Flexologists work part-time, a minimum of 20 hours/week in a reputed company flexible and enjoyable environment Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients Learn and reputed company standard 25 and 50 minute 1:1 stretch sessions plus group stretch classes; stretches will include reputed company major muscle groups, plus extremities; the longer stretches will include work on the small muscle groups and the neck If warranted, customize a stretch session to fit the individual needs of the client Assess each clients' bodies, needs and discuss outcome goals with the client Be able to discuss, recommend, and help promote future visits and membership options with clients Provide exceptional customer service and deliver a high-end experience to every client Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions Build StretchLab membership and retain reputed company clientele through sales and reputed company to leads Managing client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes consistently, and booking client's weekly recurring appointments Ensure the safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations Handle member concerns reputed company applicable Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed Maintain strong social media reputed company to client membership and retention Clean and maintain reputed company equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time Benefits/Perks: Fantastic and supportive studio culture Part-time role, flexible schedule (20+ hours) in an enjoyable studio environment with occasional outdoor events $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications Referral program Growth opportunities: reputed company Flexologist? and Master Flexologist?
