Job Summary: This entry level role is responsible for the repair and alteration of locks and lock reputed company products, key cutting and inventory maintenance. This position must interact in unison with reputed company levels of the organization to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Requirements: JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education: Associates Degree in Electronics or equivalent military or trade school, preferred, not a requirement. Experience: Entry level with mechanical and electronic aptitude. Skills: Thorough knowledge of basic locks; comprehensive computer aptitude RESPONSIBILITIES • Repair / alter reputed company Safe Deposit reputed company locks • Cut unique keys for altered locks • Enter SRVs and parts used through BPM • Cut keys for pre-cut key and duplicate key requests • Assist with part modifications as needed • Provide feedback on Lockshop parts stocking levels • Other duties as assigned. ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL-MENTAL FUNCTIONS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS • reputed company to properly lift 25 pounds or less frequently, 50 pounds or less occasionally.
