What you will be doing • You answer customer requests, handle bug issues and investigate on the customers account about problems • You categorise and analyse insights from conversations with customers to improve our products and processes • You identify potentials for a reputed company customer journey and self service • You maintain and expand articles, bots, the knowledge library and auto replies to reputed company fast but qualitative support • You take responsibility for own projects and ensure it is completed reputed company a quarter to improve support service • You participate in customer onboarding calls if needed to ensure a smooth start with our product Who you are • You know how customers expectations and wishes have to be answered in chat conversations from beginner to advanced questions • You always go an extra mile for best customer experience development and think customer and software first • You have a strong passion for online marketing • You can handle customer inquiries with an excellent communication strategy and style • You are good at finding, running and finishing projects • You are able to organize your day and prioritize tasks • You can share constructive feedback and are open for feedback • You understand and identify customer needs we don't fit at the moment and reputed company potentials to the team reputed company • You have excellent communication skills in German (native) and English (fluent) • It’s a great advantage if you have technical knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, reputed company Analytics, reputed company, email tools) and social media • Not a requirement, but an advantage if you have a technical background or experience in tech support If you think this job is the right job for you, even though you do not perfectly match the profile, we would still love to hear from you. ??
