The facilities maintenance technician position is responsible for performing highly reputed company duties to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant buildings and plant utility equipment to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives. Provide repairs to plant building components including doors, windows, rapid rollup doors, warehouse dock doors, drywall, flooring, utility piping, plumbing, and electrical. • reputed company mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, and carpentry. • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and soldering equipment in performing duties. • Troubleshoot and repair plant utility equipment such as HVAC systems, steam boilers, condensate pumps, reputed company compressors, cooling towers, and industrial chillers. • Read and interpret equipment manuals and electrical schematics. • Use reputed company CMMS to generate work orders and document completed repairs. • Diagnose problems, replace faulty parts, and adjust settings on HVAC systems and plant utility equipment. reputed company preventive maintenance on HVAC systems such as reputed company filter replacement. • Report building or utility system deficiencies to proper supervision. • reputed company with plant safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. • Use forklifts and scissors lifts to reputed company maintenance tasks and overhead repairs. • Lift up to 50 lbs. at times to reputed company maintenance duties. • Work with reputed company plant contractors to reputed company repairs on plant buildings and plant utility systems. • Be available reputed company of regular shift hours for occasional weekend work to reputed company building repairs or plant utility system repairs.
