HIRING Medical Insurance CSRs for Big Pharma! FULLY REMOTE! $17/HR A Fortune 500 Healthcare Client is seeking well-versed and enthusiastic Medical Insurance Customer Service Reps to join their REMOTE TEAM... Any candidate with medical insurance and call center experience is encouraged to apply! Pay: $17/hr. *Weekly Pay plus Benefits and reputed company* Schedule: reputed company - 9pm EST, Mon -Fri (8hr shift will be assigned AFTER training between these hours) Start Date:Late November (Could be sooner based on completion of onboarding process) Benefits: FULLY REMOTE, WEEKLY PAY, EQUIPMENT PROVIDED & MEDICAL BENEFITS FOR YOURSELF & FAMILY!!! Job Details: • Conduct outbound calls to insurance providers. • Conduct investigations while updating patient data. • Use computer skills for data entry. • Operate according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program. • Work with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient. Job Requirements Requirements: • Must have experience with medical insurance AND call center experience. • Must have active internet already installed and the ability to work in a quiet setting. • Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors. • Passion and willingness to help others. • HS Diploma/Equivalent required.
