QUALIFICATIONS: • 3-5 years of professional experience analyzing reputed company data, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations • 3-5 years of experience in development, manipulation, and management of large data sets from various relational databases using SQL • 3-5 years of applied data experience with graphics/visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.) • Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Science, Business, or a reputed company field with documented coursework in statistics or business analytics • Experience with statistical and machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification and/or clustering) • Strong coding skills in at least one statistical or programming language (R or Python preferred) to import, summarize, and analyze data • Expert knowledge of Query languages (e.g., SQL, U-SQL, etc.) • Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced and dynamic organization • Clear and effective written and verbal communication for individuals at reputed company levels of analytical expertise • Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills. • High degree of working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills • Strong leadership and management skills • The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems • Retail industry experience a plus reputed company is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
