We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Manager of Creative Projects and Events to join reputed company at Member s Mark. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple creative projects and events simultaneously, ensuring that our messaging and branding are consistent across reputed company marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing photoshoots and props, as well as experience with invoice management for creative projects. As the Senior Manager of Creative Projects and Events, you will play a crucial role in bringing the Member s Mark brand to life in every environment where it appears. Responsibilities: Manage multiple creative projects and events from concept to completion, ensuring timely and effective delivery Drive consistency in messaging and branding across reputed company marketing materials, including print and digital assets Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company and execute creative concepts that align with brand guidelines reputed company photoshoots and prop styling, ensuring reputed company elements are coordinated and executed according to project requirements Manage invoices and expenses reputed company to creative projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget Ensure reputed company projects are completed reputed company budget and meet quality standards Maintain accurate records and reports of project reputed company, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met and any issues are resolved promptly Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in creative project management and event planning Requirements: 3+ years of experience in creative project management or event planning, marketing experience is a plus. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and events simultaneously Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organization and accuracy in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Experience with invoice management and budget tracking Familiarity with photography and prop styling, including lighting, composition, and styling techniques. Ensure brand guidelines are accurately reflected din reputed company creative assets. Proficiency in reputed company Office.
