The Service Team Coordinator is responsible for outbound and inbound customer service call handling reputed company to patient scheduling, general inquiry, and other patient sales and service call interactions. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures a high level of customer service while working in a fast-paced structured call center environment. Makes appropriate and timely reputed company according to department standards, procedures and policies. Documents interactions using web-based technology. Interacts and collaborates with employees of varying reputed company across multiple departments. Follows up with patients to ensure they are satisfied with service. Maintains business relationship by providing reputed company and accurate service to promote loyalty. Provides responses to patient inquiries based on the reputed company core model for care. Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion.
