The Social Media Moderation Specialist will serve as a key player in monitoring our reputed company customer Facebook group, actively managing and moderating reputed company aspects of the group, working with stakeholders/teams across the company to problem-solve and respond to issues in a timely manner, and supporting a comprehensive customer experience.
