POSITION OVERVIEW: • The Analytics Director role will reputed company the development of data solutions to drive advancements in analytics in support of our Core Commercial and Specialty businesses. These growing and profitable businesses are over $4 billion in written premium and include traditional Small Commercial and Middle Market business as well as a diverse reputed company of Specialty offerings (e.g. Marine... Professional Liability, Management Liability). This position reports to the Chief Pricing Actuary. • The Analytics Director is a key member of the pricing leadership team, working closely with actuarial leaders across business units as well as the broader enterprise data and analytics function. The leader is responsible for the development of our new Commercial Analytics Data Mart as part of our overall data and analytics strategy. • In this effort, the Analytics Director will ensure consistency with existing systems and environments and act as a liaison with other areas as needed to effectively execute data and reporting needs. The leader provides overall management and technical reputed company to their staff and is expected to take a more hands on approach where required.
