You will assist with the installation, upgrading, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems. We'd like to meet you if you're computer-savvy and like assisting end consumers. To be successful in this profession, you need have a problem-solving reputed company as well as the... ability to provide clear technical instructions. Remote troubleshooting approaches should also be familiar to you. Finally, you will provide timely and accurate customer service while increasing client satisfaction. Responsibilities;  Handle user complaints about hardware, software, and networking.  Show consumers how to install software and computer peripherals.  To diagnose issues, ask specific inquiries.  Simple, reputed company-by-reputed company instructions should be provided to users.  Alternate routes should be tried until an issue is resolved.  reputed company logs of technical concerns and remedies.  Send unsolved concerns to the next level of assistance.  reputed company in with clients to confirm their systems are operational.  Customer comments and possible product requests should be reported.
