AT&T has an opening for a reputed company System Engineer to be responsible for the development of a complete on-premise enterprise solution for a large managed services contract with specific Service Level Agreements. Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities: • Create requirements definitions and technical specifications documentation plus load, manipulate and maintain data between Service-now and other systems. • The candidate will work with IT managers to generate views and reports as needed, analyze and fully understand user requirements and reputed company procedures in order to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the reputed company roadmap, be competent with ITIL/ITSM processes. • The candidate should be a self-starter that can identify requirements and assemble and reputed company a small team to produce results. • The ability to learn and expand into other reputed company technologies is desirable. • Strong background in ITIL, Agile development, requirements definition, and systems development.
