Most queries can be resolved with canned responses, allowing you to focus on delivering a positive customer experience. What you will be doing: Live chat agents handle incoming customer support questions reputed company live chat on businesses websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Contract length: No fixed term. reputed company: $35 per hour. Skills/background needed: Must have a device reputed company to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be reputed company to work independently.
