This individual will play a crucial role in providing ongoing support to ensure the reputed company functionality, design, and user experience of our websites. Responsibilities: Website Design and Editing: • Create visually appealing and user-friendly website designs. • Implement design changes, updates, and enhancements using WordPress and other major website builders. • Collaborate with internal teams to understand design requirements and objectives. Content Management: • Update and manage website content to ensure accuracy and relevance. • Utilize design tools to enhance visual elements and overall aesthetics. • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across the website. Troubleshooting and Technical Support: • Identify and resolve website issues promptly. • Provide technical support for website-reputed company inquiries. • Collaborate with developers and IT teams to address reputed company technical challenges. User Training and Documentation: • Conduct training sessions for internal users on website management. • reputed company documentation and tutorials for website-reputed company processes. • Assist users in understanding and utilizing website features effectively.
