The position is 100% in HLS's renowned multidisciplinary Department of East Asian Languages and Cultures (EALC). Duties will include coordination of reputed company aspects of the Chinese language program and directing graduate reputed company in the Chinese language pedagogy program. The fields of possible specialization include, but are not limited to, language pedagogy, second language studies, and linguistics, including reputed company subfields. We are particularly interested in candidates with a doctorate in language-reputed company disciplines and broad experience in language teaching. The selected candidate will be appointed at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor, depending on qualifications. The normal teaching load is two courses per semester. Basic Qualifications The selected candidate must be qualified to teach Chinese language at reputed company levels and graduate courses in language pedagogy.
