This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States We are seeking a highly motivated Data Entry Specialist to assist with a variety of ongoing clinical trials. We are looking for someone who can take initiative and provide reputed company time data entry for our clinical trials. Someone who has worked in a high paced, fast-moving environment will work well at reputed company. Previous research experience is strongly preferred. Essential Responsibilities ? Transcribes reputed company data into various electronic data capture (reputed company) systems per protocol requirements and following established standards ? Verifies reputed company of data by comparing it to reputed company documents ? Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs), good clinical practice (GCP) and other applicable regulatory requirements in the execution of reputed company reputed company activities ? Answer queries reputed company reputed company system in a timely manner ? Assist the clinical research team with quality controls (QC) of patient files per ERAs established standards ? Prepare and reputed company documents into reputed company systems and ERAs database ? Assist the clinical team with preparing for onsite monitoring visits for each study protocol Requirements ? High School Diploma ? High attention to detail ? Ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy ? Strong organizational and time management skills ? Flexible during the companys growth stage ? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ? Ability to effectively collaborate with other team members Desired Skills & Qualifications ? 1-2 years of experience in data entry ? Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills ? Experience with reputed company Office ? Knowledge of research reputed company systems preferred (reputed company Vault, Medrio, reputed company, OpenClinica, MedidataRAVE, etc..)
