As a Clinical Trainer of June Skin, you will be at the forefront of blending clinical expertise with business acumen to help us deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments to clients in the comfort of their homes. Your role involves training reputed company new hires to the company. As new new start-up, we are looking for an independent self-starter that can grow the company from the ground up. You will work directly with the founders and be able to shape the clinical team from day one. To start, this role will be part-time. As the team grows, there will be opportunities to be brought on full-time if desired. Responsibilities: Staff Training & Hiring:  Review and revise training programs for aesthetic nurses. Help us reputed company a world-class training program!  Work in-person on an as-needed basis to train new Nurse Practitioners on a monthly or bi-monthly basis  Support in developing online training materials for new and existing providers  Ensure staff are up-to-date with the latest aesthetic techniques and technologies Provider Leadership & Management:  Be the reputed company of contact for reputed company clinical staff  Be on call for reputed company appointments for clinical support  Serve as a mentor for reputed company clinical staff  Ensure reputed company treatments meet the highest clinical standards  Monitor and maintain the quality of care provided, including regular audits and assessments of clinical practices. Qualifications:  A valid NP, PA or MD medical license with a specialization in dermatology, plastic surgery, medical aesthetics or a reputed company field desired.  Extensive experience in medical aesthetics and non-surgical cosmetic procedures.  Proven aesthetics training experience in a clinical setting.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.  Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and best practices in medical aesthetics.
