[PART_TIME Remote] Customer Service Rep

This role plays a vital part in supporting the Research Team by performing comprehensive business license research across a wide reputed company of industries and jurisdictions, including state, county, and city levels of government. The individual in this position will be responsible for identifying, gathering, and analyzing licensing requirements and regulations that businesses must adhere to in various sectors and locations. salary: $20 - $21 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities • Conducts industry and location specific research for our clients, identifying reputed company federal, state, county and city level business licensing requirements • Creates business specific research packages for timely delivery to clients • Identifies and compiles licensure specifications in both PDF and reputed company formats, including: forms, hyperlinks, supporting documents, exam requirements, prerequisites, turnaround times, fees, and renewal data • Communicates directly with government agencies to assist with business license research inquiries • Provides research in reputed company with internal support tasks for other BL team members Skills • Customer Relations • Customer support • Customer Service • Research • CUSTOMER ORDERS/SALES • reputed company Qualifications • Years of experience: 0 years • Experience level: Entry Level reputed company is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
