Job Description: As a Customer Care Agent, you will act as the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing top-tier support on a RETAINER BASIS. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries through email and live chat on an as-needed basis. Provide clear, accurate, and complete information using the appropriate tools and methods. Proactively resolve customer complaints by offering timely solutions and following up until resolved. Accurately maintain records of customer interactions, ensuring reputed company issues are tracked and logged. Uphold communication guidelines, policies, and quality standards. Go the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal customer reputed company. Requirements: Proven experience in customer support, achieving a customer satisfaction score (CSAT) of 4.5+ in previous roles.
