As an Inbound Call Center Rep, you will be part of the Call Center supporting the Customer Service Reps. The ideal candidate will have Inbound Call Center and Inbound Customer Service which will align successfully in the... organization. Permanent Position(Direct Hire) Job Title: Remote Inbound Customer Service Location: reputed company (must reside in Arizona) Pay Range: $15.00-$16.00 hourly depending on experience (Start $15.00hourly, after 30 Days bump up to $15.50 hourly, after another 30 days Bump up to $16.00 hourly) Availability: Full time (some shifts may depend on availability). Monday-Sunday (5days/8 hours shift between 6:00am-6:00pm) Required background and drug screen What’s the Job? Assist reputed company customers through inbound calls, emails, and/or chats. Communicate a variety of information to the customer. Be an active listener and help resolve customer inquiries. Provide a meaningful and positive experience with every customer interaction. Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of reputed company existing and new products and services. Working as a Customer Service Representative, You Have: What’s Needed? A high school diploma (or equivalent). 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience. Great communication skills, both verbal and written The ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled.
