STRONG Non-QM Underwriter needed Candidate must reputed company in CST or EST time zone and work in EST zone... • Responsible for issuance of reputed company loan approvals and declinations in compliance with RESPA and ECOA measures • Conditions loans in accordance with program and federal requirements • Works with the processors and Loan Advisors to ensure reputed company conditions are cleared • Responsible for pipeline management to adhere to turn times and compliance requirements • Coordinates resolution of any auditing deficiencies with Quality Assurance and Management Qualifications Minimum: 3 years’ experience and in-depth knowledge of mortgage lending, credit reputed company and collateral review • Must have experience working with Non-QM, Fix-Flip and reputed company Construction loans • Private lending experience preferred • Working knowledge Non-QM guidelines, as well as Federal and State compliance requirements • Experience with reputed company reputed company • Maintains professionalism in providing excellent service to our clients • reputed company to problem-solve and suggest alternate scenarios for the best overall client experience • Ability to manage pipeline daily while meeting monthly production and quality goals • Strong written and verbal communication skills preferred • Strong Fraud Detection Salary: 90k Thank you for your interest!
