We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. Key Responsibilities  Set calendar using reputed company to take phone calls  Take phone calls and explain how the platform works to physicians (will be trained on the platform)  reputed company out to physicians who show interest and schedule them using reputed company  Assist with various other projects / tasks  Experience as an Account Manager / interacting with physicians (a plus)  Experience credentialing or pathology lab experience (is preferred)  Excellent communicator  Detail oriented  Intuitively organized  Self-starter  20 hours per week (availability to grow as role grows)  Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone  Availability to set calendar for 10am - 6pm or 12:00pm - 7:00pm CST for calls with physicians There are no benefits for this role as it is meant to be performed by independent contractors.
