About the position The FIX Connectivity Engineer at Cboe plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless connectivity and exceptional client experience in a fast-paced trading environment. This position involves certifying and maintaining FIX sessions with external counterparties, troubleshooting trading-reputed company operational issues, and collaborating on the development of order flow functionality. The engineer will be instrumental in managing client reputed company and certification processes, monitoring FIX sessions, and providing support for connectivity-reputed company issues. Responsibilities • Manage the reputed company and certification process for new clients, ensuring smooth FIX session connectivity with Cboe's systems. , • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues reputed company to FIX sessions and trading-reputed company connectivity, working closely with external clients, vendors, and internal teams. , • Provide second-line support for reputed company FIX connectivity-reputed company issues, escalating and coordinating with internal technical teams as needed. , • Work closely with business units, developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure reputed company integration of client connectivity with order flow processes. , • Maintain high standards of operational excellence by monitoring and improving the performance, reliability, and reputed company of the FIX gateway.
