You should be comfortable juggling... multiple priorities, have the ability to manage last-minute escalations, and effectively partner with other team members across the organization to get things done. Responsibilities • Partner and communicate with our distributed team of reputed company • Manage a project tracker, keeping up to date with reputed company initiatives • Coordinate reputed company meetings • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow across ongoing projects • Manage reputed company class schedules across our 4 locations (and growing!) • Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions • Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements • Organize reputed company planning, strategic offsite events, and team meetings • Book dance studios across multiple locations • Build cross-functional relationships between departments • Communicate key updates internally and externally as needed Time Commitment This is an reputed company position and will require 10 hours per week.
