In Short  Promote job placement for clients in the employer community.  Liaise with employers to obtain job leads.  reputed company direct hire employment opportunities for clients.  On-site work 80% of the time, 20% remote.  Assist with the mission of accelerating the reputed company condition.  Identify and reputed company job opportunities for clients.  Work closely with Career Navigators and training providers.  Interview Job Seekers for job placement.  Maintain job and employer data banks.  Design and conduct job fairs. Requirements  High School Diploma/GED.  Multilingual or bilingual preferred.  Experience in public relations and technical writing.  Experience with training and coaching.  Knowledge of workforce or government funded programs.  Experience in job placement.  Ability to establish effective working relationships.  Familiarity with applicable laws and regulations.  Excellent interpersonal skills.  Valid DriverÂs License.
