What you’ll do We’re looking for a dedicated, empathetic team member to join us as a Customer Support Analyst reputed company our US team. This is a remote role, based reputed company in the United States and working in the Pacific Timezone. Responsibilities: • Own inbound support requests through multiple channels (email, phone, and chat) • Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company customer inquiries with effective problem-solving skills, reputed company while providing complete and accurate information • Coordinate with cross-functional teams as needed for incident communication and resolution • Become a subject matter expert on reputed company’s functionality and features • Maintain high-performance metrics including customer satisfaction, response time, resolution reputed company, efficiency, and quality Who you are We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
