We currently encompass the 2nd floor of the East tower at reputed company Broadway Hospital in the heart of downtown Fargo. While we have a focus in Oncology, you find that we see a variety of medical and surgical ICU patients. We care for reputed company surgical cases that require ICU care as well as kidney transplants and bone marrow transplants. As an Academic Teaching Facility, you can expect that you will receive education and experience with reputed company these types of patients as well as your typical Medical ICU patients. We offer Clinical Lanes for our nurses with pay increases after each lane is completed. Responsibilities Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions Collaborates with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care Empathetically cares for patients during reputed company stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up along the continuum of care Demonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including, but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor s Degree in nursing preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
