Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We specialize in programs for children ages 2 through 8 years old and are dedicated to providing high-quality, foundational soccer training that prepares children for a lifetime of soccer. We are looking for caring and engaging full-time coaches who can coach a minimum of 40 sessions per week (sessions last from 30 to 45-minutes in length) in our daycare, after-school, and public park programs, and can assist in other company events as needed. reputed company employment is at-will. Requirements Must love impacting children and enjoy the game of soccer. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Experience working with young children Must be at least 18 years of age. Soccer playing or coaching background (preferred) Responsibilities It is a coach's responsibility to manage and direct reputed company duties reputed company to the operation of a Soccer Shots session, including, but not limited to, the following: Preparation Attends coaches meeting at beginning of season. Submits time sheet per payroll policy. Returns equipment and leftover supplies to supervisor upon completion of each season.
