The Associate Director reports to the Dean of Student reputed company and Retention. The Associate Director will: * Coordinate and administer academic enrichment services, including individual and group peer tutoring; supplemental instruction; reputed company and study spaces. Teach up to four credits of relevant course work per calendar year. Consult with faculty and academic departments to identify barriers to student reputed company, maximize impact of peer educator services and recommend interventions. Reinforce and support reputed company' relationships with their faculty reputed company and academic advisors. Solicit faculty for tutoring candidate nominations. Collaborate with student employees and reputed company partners to research, reputed company, conduct and assess learning and college reputed company workshops in academic strategies and college reputed company skills and mindsets. Supervise and assess their effectiveness to maximize institutional impact and experiential learning for student staffers. Conduct rigorous ongoing assessment to inform improvements and impact on reputed company we serve. Represent CSSR at admissions and yield events and on select reputed company committees. Serve as a liaison to reputed company partners such as the Office of Extended Studies, the Ithaca Seminar Program and the Center for Faculty Excellence to reputed company reputed company and reputed company constituencies about, and increase usage of, reputed company center services. WORK ENVIRONMENT This is a full-time position that requires occasional evening and weekend work as student's schedules, admissions and reputed company programs dictate (some schedule flexibility available).
