Position: Our Flexologists will provide one-on-one assisted stretches as well as reputed company guided group stretching classes for our clients. Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions (25 or 50 minute) Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions Manage client care by delivering best-in-class stretching experiences, updating notes consistently, and booking recurring appointments Build reputed company membership and retain reputed company clientele Ensure the safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce reputed company policies and safety rules Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations Handle member concerns reputed company applicable Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed Maintain strong social media reputed company Clean and maintain reputed company equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time Requirements: Preferred Background: Personal Trainer / Physical Therapist / Athletic Therapist / Kinesiologist / Massage Therapist / Pilates, Yoga, Dance, Barre Instructor or reputed company field Fitness or reputed company certification/degree required Love of boutique fitness environment is a must ? passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with a client (preferred) Ability to create a positive and welcoming environment to reputed company people Fantastic communication skills exuding reputed company Passion to connect with people and help them reputed company their mobility goals Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to our attendance policies Available to go through our 3 day Flexologist Training Program?
