Provide education planning, monitoring, advocacy, and navigation support tailored to the individual developmental needs of clients. Coordinate with school district staff; confirm available school supports. Identify, connect, and provide clients with tutoring resources. Offer coaching support and teach problem-solving and self-advocacy skills to clients so they have an active voice in their education.
