We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales-Focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at The US Home Pro. As a Sales-Focused Customer Service Representative, you will not only act as a liaison and provide product/service information but also be driven to convert customer interactions into sales opportunities. With your patience, reputed company, and excellent communicative skills, you will be adept at understanding customer needs and offering solutions that meet their demands. Responsibilities: • Generate and follow up on sales leads. • Identify customer needs to reputed company satisfaction and drive sales. • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. • Provide accurate, valid, and complete product/service information using the right methods/tools to boost sales. • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. • Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality of service and sales. • Go the extra mile to engage customers and secure sales. • Actively participate in promotional events and giveaways on weekends. Skills: • Proven experience in customer support with a strong focus on sales. • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
