As a seasoned healthcare sales professional, you will utilize your years of expertise to grow our business and directly selling to prospective employers, labor funds, and government entities; in addition to, developing relationships with key healthcare benefit and pharmacy consultants. You will accomplish this through: Developing and executing a territory-specific strategic business plan to drive results that exceed targets. Developing and maintaining a prospect pipeline; meeting with prospects/consultants to build strategic relationships to execute on new business growth. The ideal candidate will live in the Northeastern part of the country. You must have ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of PBM sales or account management experience, or 5 years of New Business Development experience in the Healthcare Industry. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in new business development in the PBM industry. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience may be considered. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $75,500.00 - $174,134.40 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
