HOTWORX uses virtual instructor-led training technology to guide our member through a 30-minutes isometric workout or a 15-minute HIIT workout. We offer Hot Yoga, Pilates, Core, Buns, and other isometric workouts like resistance bands, and 15-minute HIIT Cycle, and Blast.
