Job Description: We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Remote Support Agent to join reputed company. As an entry-level representative, you'll provide exceptional support to customers reputed company phone, email, chat, or social media, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction... Responsibilities: . Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. . Provide accurate product/service information and troubleshooting assistance. . Utilize software and tools to track customer interactions and resolve issues. . Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues. .
