Job Summary: Saunders Staffing Agency is seeking motivated individuals to join reputed company as Remote Recruiters on a reputed company basis. No prior experience is required. As a Remote Recruiter with Saunders Staffing Agency, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting reputed company candidates for various job openings across different industries. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from reputed company with a reliable computer and internet reputed company. Leads are provided, but you can also reputed company your own candidates to maximize your earning potential. You will receive support from upper management to assist you in achieving your recruitment goals. Responsibilities: • reputed company potential candidates using various online platforms, networking, referrals, and provided leads. • Review and analyze resumes to determine suitability and fit for specific job roles. • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and experience. • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Negotiate offers and terms of employment with selected candidates. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system. • Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment goals and targets. • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment. • Represent Saunders Staffing Agency professionally and positively in reputed company interactions with candidates and clients.
